Can I sell my items to the studio?
Yes - if you have pieces sitting unworn that match our aesthetic, we'd love to see them.

How does trading work?
Bring pieces you no longer wear to the showroom and we'll make you an offer - either cash or store credit. Opting for store credit gets you a higher value on your items, which you can put towards anything in the collection in store or online.

What condition are the items in?
It varies by piece - we stock everything from brand new with tags to well-worn archive finds. Every listing includes a condition rating and any notable wear is called out in the description and photos. If you have a specific question about a piece, get in touch before purchasing.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship via Royal Mail with standard and express options available for both UK and international orders. Free shipping on all UK orders over £75. All orders are tracked you can track your order here (link).
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. After 2pm, your order goes out the next working day. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
How long will it take to get my package?
UK:
- Standard — 2–5 working days
- Express — 1–2 working days
International:
- Standard — 2–4 weeks
- Express — 1–2 weeks
Royal Mail don't operate on Sundays or bank holidays.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
